Mediation Fees
$300 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours.
The default setting is for remote mediation. If you prefer an in-person session, Liz is happy to travel to your requested location for an additional fee. Please arrange this separately.
Costs are split equally between parties unless otherwise agreed.
Parties will receive Points of Agreement or emailed summary at the end of each session.
Pre- and Post-Nuptial Agreements
$400 per hour for preparation or review of documents.
Reference/Arbitration Fees
$________ per hour for references or arbitration.

Document Preparation
Scheffee Law can prepare all the documents you need to file and finalize your divorce based on your needs.
$750 and up – final documents only, with all other documents prepared and filed by clients or their attorneys.
$2,000 and up – all documents from initial filing to final documents prepared with detailed instructions for filing.
$500 per court order required for retirement plan division.
Prices vary based on whether or not children are involved and how many properties or businesses each party has. These costs are in addition to mediation or reference fees.
